Way Introduces New CFO and Director of Human Resources

Way Interglobal, an industry leader in RV appliances, power solutions, electronics, and furnishings, has announced key leadership role hires to help its continued growth.

Way has named Michael Pahud as their CFO, a newly created position to help lead their financial team through continued and rapid growth. Pahud's responsibilities include monitoring overall cash flow, financial planning, analyzing the company's financial strengths/weaknesses, and proposing strategic directions for the future.

Pahud's previous experience spans many industries, including distribution, transportation, manufacturing, engineering, architecture, technology, and service. He brings a vital understanding of how to help organizations grow and thrive.

Way's continued organizational growth has been highlighted by new employees, new products, and the construction of an 800,000 square foot headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana, set to open in late 2022.

"When I began to learn more about Way, I was amazed that such a significant success story wasn't more well known," said Pahud. "Our team's customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit in serving our customers, innovating new products, and overcoming obstacles every day as we grow are rare. You can sense how special Way is when you walk in the door, and I'm very fortunate to be a part of such a great team."

Along with this announcement comes the addition of a new Director of Human Resources, Elaine Chaffee, who is tasked with overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and more.

Chaffee has over 25 years in human resource-related roles, including time in the RV industry and automotive, plastics, personal care & pharmaceutical/packaging.

"I was impressed with the WAY Leadership team and how much growth had already occurred within a short time since startup over the last 15 years," Chaffee said.

"The continued growth, a new facility move soon, the opportunity to implement HR structure, upgrade benefits, and maintain culture are all reasons I was intrigued by this opportunity. This is a critical time for Way's recruitment, retention, and overall employee engagement, and I am excited to help lead the human resources team."

With these two additions, Way CEO Wayne Kaylor believes that he can grow and strengthen his management team and Way. "I am confident that Mike and Elaine will help us achieve our strategic goals. We are thrilled to welcome both of them to the growing Way team."
