Way is excited to welcome three new team members as its internal growth continues.
Nick Hamm has joined Way as a supply chain analyst, focusing on the company’s top-selling refrigerators, microwaves, and range product lines. Nick spent the last four years with Ryder Transportation and is a 2017 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. "Nick is a perfect fit for our company," said Wayne Kaylor, CEO of Way. "With his leadership skills and drive for continuous improvement, he will be an excellent addition to our supply chain team."
"I have been looking for an exciting opportunity in Supply Chain, and I believe I have found that at Way," Hamm said. "It is hard to find a company culture like we have here, so I am very motivated to jump in and help the company continue growing." A native of Northwest Indiana, Nick is excited about working close to his hometown and being a part of a growing team.
Way is also growing its internal marketing and communications team adding a new content strategist. Douglas DiLillo, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, has joined Way to help accelerate its content-focused initiatives. Douglas graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Journalism. He has spent the last decade in various marketing roles with a focus on manufacturing and industrial businesses.
"I am thrilled to be joining Way and helping to communicate our expertise and trusted leadership in our industry," DiLillo said. "Through our efforts, we can provide better information about our products and be a resource for all things RV-related."
Recently, Way has been putting an increased emphasis on content and the role it can play for its business, OEM customers, dealer partners, and product owners. Initiatives like Way's Boondocking content series provide deeper knowledge for end-users who want to make the most of their RV experience.
"We want to help RV manufacturers, dealers, and enthusiasts and provide them with answers to their most pressing questions," said Kaylor. "We have a team of people here with decades of experience and knowledge about our industry, and we can't wait to share more and more with our community."
Finally, Jennifer Wagner has joined the Way Finance team as the Accounts Payable Manager. Jennifer brings over a decade of RV experience to the Way team in a variety of administrative and financial roles. The primary tasks in her new role will involve freight accounts management and assisting with supply chain logistics. “I am thrilled to be joining the Way team and taking on a new challenge,” Wagner said of her new role.
"We are very excited for Jen's addition,” said Stuart Blackburn, Way’s Vice President of Finance. “We believe bringing her on will help facilitate our rapid growth and will support our efforts to add depth and perspective to our team.”
